Olive Tree Townhouse is a stylish new build terraced house in a quiet residential area of Whitstable. Five minutes walk from Whitstable's famous High Street with its unique independent shops, restaurants and galleries, and ten minutes to the beach. The property is decorated with modern furnishings and wooden flooring throughout, providing a light and homely feel.

Lounge-diner with cozy sofas, smart TV, smart speaker and a corner bench/dining table, opening onto a beautiful garden with a central decked area with table and chairs plus a sofa.

Master bedroom with a super king sized bed and a Juliet balcony, bedside cabinets, open wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror and chair.

Cotton linens/towels and soap/shampoo and cleaning products are provided for use during your stay.
Please note - for those with allergies, the bedding is feather and down.
There is space for 1 car on the driveway to the front of the property, as well as free street parking on the surrounding roads.
For trips to the beach, there are also deckchairs, windbreaks and cool bags available for you to use.
House Rules:
We want you to enjoy your stay as much as possible whilst following our few house rules:
- Check in is after 4.00pm on the first day of the booking.
- Check out is before 10.00am on the day of departure.
- Smoking in or near the property is not permitted.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- Dogs are welcome - to ensure the property is enjoyable for all of our guests, dogs are not allowed on any furniture or in bedrooms, and should not be left unattended.
- We respect our neighbours, and ask you to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level, particularly after 10.00pm.
- The property should be left in the same condition it was found - clean, tidy, dishes washed/dishwasher running, etc.

Getting around
There's a lot to see within walking distance, so if you decide to stay without a car you'll have plenty to do. If you drive, then there's a private parking space for you. It does get busy over weekends in the summer so having a parking space provided is a real bonus. The buses to Canterbury and beyond run along the main road, so you're a few minutes from where they stop. The train station is 10 minutes walk away. High speed trains from Whitstable run straight to St Pancras in just over an hour and round to Dover and Margate in less.

This home is on a quiet new residential development in Whitstable. Whitstable is one of Kent's real treasures, and the house is a short stroll away from the train station and seafront. Whitstable's famous high street with its unique independent shops, restaurants, and galleries is only five minutes walk.
